Policies
Enrollment is based on first-come-first-serve and payment of full course fee. Space in class will not be reserved without payment. Due to liability/insurance concerns, unregistered guests are not permitted to participate in classes.
WE DO NOT SEND CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION.
You will only hear from us after you register if there is a date/time change in the class; the class is full and we cannot accept your registration; or the class is cancelled due to low enrollment. When it’s almost time for your class to begin, and you haven’t heard from our friendly staff, report to class on date and time as noted in the catalog, unless otherwise notified.
The Evening School reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment and to make changes in instructors or class schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.

In Person
You may register in person at the Evening School Office located in the Media Center of the building. Enter main entrance proceeding straight to Media Center. Office is # 145, located to the extreme left in the Media Center. Write the starting date and time for your course on your kitchen or work calendar, as NO REMINDERS/CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
Policies
SENIOR CITIZENS DISCOUNT (62 and over)
For your convenience, senior citizen course fees are now noted under each individual course. Please refer to catalog and the discount MUST be requested at the time of registration. SENIOR CITIZENS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND/BRING A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE WITH REGISTRATION FORM.
NEW REFUND POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
In order to receive a full tuition refund, cancellations for all classes (exception: Motorcoach Trips and off site Tours/Shows Refund Policy on page 28 of catalog) must be made at least 72 hours prior to class start time of the first night of the class. After that time, NO REFUNDS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS will be made. Students assume the risk of all personal/family or business affairs. Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or filled and checks will be returned. Refunds may take 3-4 weeks to process.
NEW CREDIT MEMO POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
If you do not qualify for a refund, a CREDIT MEMO (exception: Motorcoach Trips and off site Tours and Shows) will be issued according to the following prorated schedule. This credit memo may be applied toward tuition for another course; however NOT applicable to Motorcoach Trips/off site Tours/Shows.
- Withdrawal made less than 72 hours prior to start of class – 100% of course fee
- Withdrawal after 1st class meeting and before 2nd class meeting – 50% of course fee
- Withdrawal after 2nd class meeting – NO CREDIT MEMO
